A Step in Time has an interesting contest going on. You clicked the money image on the front page. One day, that image will be a lucky clover. If you are the first one to click the lucky clover after it changes and you post your name and info, you could win $5000. (If you have used our services since April 12, 2009.) If you haven't, you could still win $500. You need to be the first one who posts. A Step in Time will be sending clues on when the lucky clover will appear. Sign up on our forum to receive clues. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE SECOND PLACE PRIZE OF $500. A PURCHASE IS REQUIRED TO WIN THE $5000 GRAND PRIZE. These are the official rules ("Official Rules") for the A Step in Time $5000 contest.

CONTEST DESCRIPTION AND TIMING: Entrants are asked to visit A Step in Time’s Chimney Sweep’s website at http://www.ChimneyCleaners.com on a frequent basis. The front page has an image of the “Win $5000” contest image. On one day between the dates of April 12, 2009 and April 11, 2010, the image will change to a lucky clover leaf. Contestants are asked to click this clover leaf and follow link to another website page. On this website page, there is a “forum – guest comment page” that individuals can post comments. Very quickly, post your first and last name and your city/state or phone number. The first person who posts, wins one of the two prizes. If the person who posts have used A Step in Time’s service between April 12, 2009 and the time of post (made any payment to A Step in Time) than they win the grand prize of $5000. If they have not used A Step in Time’s service during this time period, they win the second place prize of $500. The overall concept is to deliver a grand prize of $5000, thus the “guestbook-forum page” will remain until an actual customer is produced. Customers will not be considered customers if they schedule service after the lucky clover is posted. A Step in Time keeps computer records of customers and if A Step in Time finds your name and the service date of when service was performed (in the contest time period) than you will be awarded the grand prize. If A Step in Time finds no record of your service, the customer will be required to provide proof of payment to A Step in Time with either cancelled checks, credit card statement or a matching invoice with A Step in Time’s records. The winners address must match the service invoice. The Contest begins on 11:00 AM ET 04/12/2009 and ends at latest date of 12:00 PM (noon) ET on 04/11/2010 (the "Contest Period").

Eligibility: Sweepstakes is offered only in the United States to legal United States residents at least 18 years old. Individuals under 18 years of age are allowed to enter, but the prize will be awarded to their designated parent or legal guardian. Posting of the minor’s name will be allowed as long as the minor can show proof of residence with legal parent or guardian. Employees and officers of A Step in Time, Inc. ("Sponsor"), participating prize provider(s), their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies and their advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, daughter or son, regardless of where they live) or members of the households of such employees and officers (whether or not related) are not eligible. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Void where prohibited.

Clues on our forum page: The exact date and time when the image icon will change to a lucky clover on the front page of the website www.ChimneyCleaners.com has been predetermined. A Step in Time will produce very difficult clues to help individuals figure out when the clover will be produced. The clues might be in the form of riddles or other clues. These clues might be placed in various radio, television or other forms of advertising. One way to receive all clues is to register on our forum. Go to the main page of our website and click the forum link. Register on the forum and click the $5000 contest clues link. Each time a new clue is produced, the clue will be included on this forum link.

Promotional Period: Promotion begins on April 12, 2009 at 11am Eastern Time (EST), and ends on April 11, 2010 at 12:00:00 a.m. (EST) ("Promotional Period").

Entry: Simply click the clover icon when it changes and post comment with your full name and city/state or telephone number. Best advice is to post even if there are other posts ahead of you. Some posts may not be eligible and most will not likely be eligible to receive the grand prize.

WINNERS: A Step in Time will try to contact the winners. The names of the winners will be posted on the main ChimneyCleaners.com website. These winners will be required to contact A Step in Time within 72 hours after winning. If the winners do not contact A Step in Time after 72 hours, the winners will be taken in order of post times. One $500 winner from the “non-service customer” and one grand prize $5000 “service customer” winner will be selected. The grand prize winner will be required to appear in a television, radio and other promotional advertising stating they won the grand prize. These appearances will be free of charge and will only require one day of time.
