If you have a problem, I assure you that you will have a photograph of the problem. If you have ever taken your car in to get brakes, well, they always need brakes. The world should be fair and honest. Our technicians know that I am reviewing the photographs and thus that helps to keep them fair and honest. Now they know that you are reviewing the photographs and this will help keep them fair and honest. And if you have the photographs of your chimney, you can send it to the entire world of chimney sweeps to get their opinion. So I say again, this is the best part.
